Summoned from pit road to the broadcast booth at the last minute in New Hampshire to replace Bill Weber, TNT lead announcer Ralph Sheheen had more than a few reasons to relax and have a good time. And apparently the folks in Atlanta agreed, as he’ll call the next two Sprint Cup races, including Saturday night’s Coke Zero 400 at Daytona, for the network.
